How We Make It

Our Process

1. A2 Gir Cow Milk

Fresh milk collected from indigenous Gir cows, ethically raised and grass-fed.

2. Set as Curd

The milk is boiled, cooled, and naturally fermented overnight to form thick curd.

3. Bilona Churning

The curd is hand-churned using a traditional wooden bilona to separate pure white butter (makhan).

4. Slow Simmered

The butter is gently heated on a low flame until it transforms into rich, golden, aromatic ghee.

5. Filtered & Packed

The ghee is carefully filtered and packed fresh — with no chemicals or preservatives — to retain its natural aroma and nutrients.

1. High-Quality Seeds

Carefully selected and naturally cleaned seeds (groundnut, sesame, mustard, etc.).

2. Mechanical Pressing (Parallel Machine)

Seeds are pressed using a modern expeller machine designed for slow and controlled extraction.

3. Low Temperature Extraction

The process is carried out at controlled low temperatures to help retain natural nutrients, aroma, and taste.

4. Natural Oil Collection

Oil is extracted without chemical refining, maintaining its original flavor and color.

4. Filtered & Bottled

The oil is naturally filtered and packed fresh — with no chemicals or preservatives.

1. Fresh Sugarcane Harvest

Naturally grown sugarcane is harvested at the right maturity for maximum sweetness.

2. Juice Extraction

The sugarcane is crushed to extract fresh juice using traditional or mechanical crushers.

3. Natural Clarification

The juice is heated and natural clarifying agents (like plant-based ingredients) are added to remove impurities.

4. Slow Boiling

The juice is boiled on a controlled flame and continuously stirred until it thickens.

5. Concentration & Thickening

As water evaporates, the juice turns into a thick, golden syrup.

6. Molding & Cooling

The thick syrup is poured into molds and allowed to cool and solidify into jaggery blocks or powder.

7. Packed Naturally

Once set, jaggery is packed fresh without chemicals or preservatives.

1. Collection of Cow Dung

Fresh cow dung is collected from healthy, naturally raised cows.

2. Drying & Powdering

The dung is sun-dried and finely powdered to ensure a smooth texture.

3. Mixing Sacred Ingredients

The powder is blended with natural and aromatic ingredients such as: Cow ghee,
Googal, Kapoor. These ingredients enhance fragrance and create a pure, spiritual environment.

4. Dough Preparation

Water is added to form a soft and uniform dough.

5. Rolling / Shaping

The mixture is shaped into agarbatti sticks using a machine.

6. Natural Drying

The sticks are sun-dried to remove moisture naturally.

7. Packed Fresh

Once dried, agarbatti is packed carefully to retain its natural aroma and purity.
